LLC, a subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager in support of the Transformation and Execution Logistics Capability Initiatives (LCI) contract in Beavercreek OH. The United States Air Force is transforming its logistics processes and the information technology (IT) systems which enable those processes. The successful candidate will provide full range of Business Analyst skills, knowledge and experience. This position will work with logistics IT portfolio management teams and logistics subject matter experts to to analyze business needs and problems, and determine and necessary changes to business process and their enabling IT systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Consolidates multiple project roadmaps and schedules schedules into the Portfolio Enterprise Roadmap and Schedule Defines scheduling standards for multiple projects Develops and drafts program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation. May perform work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses Relies upon and uses automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions Independently applies knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers Draws conclusions and devises solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedure efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Minimum 7 years Agile scheduling experience Bachelor's in Business Management, Computer Science, Project Management or related field Advance Microsoft Project Skills Experience with risk management a plus Advanced Stakeholder Management Skills Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Ability to work effectively in a team environment (in person and distributed) Ability to work in an Agile environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base.
