The Marketing Traffic Intern handles all aspects of marketing campaign workflow including:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Ownership of the campaign management workflow through the marketing request management system, Workfront. *Responsible for defining task requirements, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and resources *Manage campaign development and execution - define and track campaign tasks, key milestones, timelines, and progress *Ensure that all marketing and operational tasks are complete and that projects launch on schedule *Identify project concerns, conflicts, and delays, and proactively facilitate conversations between internal groups to discuss and resolve those concerns *Promote smooth workflow and communication between stakeholders - mediating redirects and workload conversations *Identify marketing campaigns and initiatives that are at risk and appropriately escalate to manager *Document and distribute daily/weekly/monthly project status summaries to stakeholders and management *Serve as the key point person to distribute project communications to all team members and stakeholders. *Continually recommend workflow and process improvements *Partners and backs up other traffic team members

*Strong attention-to-detail and ability to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously *Ability to cooperate in a team environment is critical including ability to lead through influence *Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
*Ability to organize multiple projects and assignments simultaneously *Ability to work effectively as a member of a team of peers *Ability to meet established schedules and deadlines *Ability to effectively manage business relationships *Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet marketing and business objectives *Data driven decision making is a must *Comfortable managing conflicts and negotiation *Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills *Comfort with use of technology (MS Office, web-based tools, etc.), Adobe programs (e.g. InDesign) for day-to-day tasks. Prior experience with Aprimo Workflow management tools a plus. *Bachelor's degree required in related discipline *Prior experience with managing projects preferred *Experience working with a Creative and Production team *Internships will begin summer 2022 (Mid to late May) and last for 12 weeks. *All interns are full-time, paid positions *All interns must be able to pay for their own housing and transportation while in Columbus, local candidates preferred *Only candidates who meet the internship requirements will be contacted for interviews *All interns will be required to complete a project at the end of the internship program
