**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join their Baton Rouge office as a Marketing Assistant. This is a 15 to 25 hours per week, part-time position, but for the right candidate, full-time is available. The successful candidate will be required to handle all types of marketing mediums for the firm and must have at least one year of experience in marketing, including content marketing and writing experience.
### Job Responsibilities
* Creating, updating, and posting to social media pages daily * Creating and emailing monthly client e-newsletters * Assisting with lead nurturing initiatives * Updating and maintaining an editorial calendar * Developing key content marketing, including value-driven webinars, blog posts, print articles, direct mail projects, and more * Building and managing relationships with clients and referral partners * Possibly assisting with editing videos to be posted on social media pages and internal training
### Qualifications
* At least one year of experience in marketing, including content marketing and writing experience * Knowledge of all social media platforms and direct-to-consumer marketing * Basic knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a law office * Computer literate, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Canva, Hootsuite, and/or similar software * Excellent communication and people skills * Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Kind, compassionate, service-oriented, respectful, collaborative, resourceful, ethical, responsible and trustworthy * Self-motivated, accountable for results, meticulous attention to accuracy, detail, and organization * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
