JOB OVERVIEW Will inform and transform **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***'s comprehensive integrated marketing strategy with the power of data analytics, trend analysis and forecasting in an effort to strengthen our national reputation and support Next Lives Here. In collaboration with University MarCom division, Enrollment Management and selected agency of record, will assist in the creation of an integrated marketing strategy, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into students and turning students into advocates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS *Work with all levels of marketing staff and admissions staff to understand goals, determine required data sources, establish marketing benchmarks, KPIs and metrics, and assist in the creation of an integrated marketing strategy. *Analyze data to guide implementation of basic search and lead management processes. *Analyze the implementation of lead management, website marketing, social media marketing, lead management tool use, creative performance, and basic search techniques reflecting proven best practices. *Identify new touchpoints within the recruitment lifecycle where recruitment marketing could help improve conversion rates and improve student experience. *Measure all initiatives and deliver results to recruiting and admissions communications leadership to evaluate ROI and pivot where necessary. *Provide real-time campaign optimizations and inform future investments. *Collaborate with Enrollment Management leadership to identify industry trends and opportunities and ensure strategies most effectively support enrollment goals. *Collaborate with Manager of Marketing and Director of Admissions to guide the ideation of integrated marketing strategies. *Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to gather and analyze social media analytics and insights that inform content strategies and organic marketing efforts. *Collaborate with the Digital User Experience team in MarCom to gather and analyze web analytics and insights that inform content strategies and organic marketing efforts. *Collaborate with MarCom leadership team to develop dashboards/visualization of data that provide actionable metrics used to optimize and drive marketing decisions. *Perform related duties based on departmental need. REQUIRED EDUCATION *Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Public Relations, Communications, or related field. *Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *Three (3) years of related experience in marketing, communications or related fields. *Experience with CRM management. *Experience with Google Suite (Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio, My Business). ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS CONSIDERED *Higher education experience. *Experience with web content management systems. *Experience with Slate. *Experience with Adobe AEM. *Experience with social media platforms and metrics, especially Sprout Social and Meltwater.
