Weber Gallagher, a leading law firm in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and South Florida, is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Specialist/Manager to support their marketing and business development efforts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing internal and external resources for marketing activities, and overseeing the firm's digital marketing strategy. They will also have the opportunity to collaborate with DE&I leadership, HR, and the D&I Committee to execute market-leading diversity and inclusion initiatives within the firm.
Key responsibilities for this role include developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing digital marketing activities, creating original digital content, identifying strategic industry conferences and events, and collaborating with DE&I leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, be self-motivated, and have exceptional attention to detail. They should also have a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, business and practice development, or a related field, with law firm or professional services experience preferred.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, knowledge of the competitive landscape for mid-sized law firms, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and database applications. The ability to adapt to change, balance competing demands, and work independently while also managing projects in a collaborative team environment is essential.
