H1: Join Our Growing Team as a Managing Associate in Structured Finance & Securitisation H2: Take the Lead in Drafting, Negotiating, and Managing LMA-Based Transactions
Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate senior and mezzanine finance documents - Manage transaction processes and supervise less experienced colleagues - Stay informed and curious about borrower's industries and business opportunities - Foster and grow client relationships - Encourage continuous self-development and engage in training programs - Share knowledge and experience with less experienced colleagues
Qualifications: - At least 5 years PQE experience in private practice within a Finance team - Familiar with Loan Market Association facility and intercreditor documents and English law security documents - Flexible, agile, and enthusiastic about growing knowledge and experience in private credit structured finance funding structures - Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive - Inquisitive and interested in understanding clients and their drivers
