Manager or Senior Manager, Tax - SAP Program Manager (AMCS)
KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Manager or Senior Manager to join our Tax Enterprise Services PMO (AMCS) team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex engagements, working with client engagement teams and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution - Develop and implement Tax methodologies for various industries, with a focus on program management and large transformational programs, including Finance Transformations - Support business development activities, such as proposal development and client pursuit, while collaborating with other service lines and industries within KPMG - Create project charters, execution plans, and project frameworks, while maintaining trust-based relationships with senior level executives - Direct KPMG Tax team in delivering services and completing deliverables outlined in signed statement(s) of work, while adhering to engagement and financial management policies - Oversee project change control process and support customers in driving and completing programs and projects - Utilize and ensure adherence to standard project management processes and tools, and identify and guide risk factors and resolve issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of recent experience in Program, Project, and Portfolio Management, with a focus on assessing and planning enterprise IT capabilities and transforming large technology programs - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred - Experience with SAP-enabled transformations or SAP technology implementation projects across multiple industries - Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, EA, PMP, Certified BA, and/or Scrum Master preferred - Prior experience navigating multi-vendor landscapes and building collaborative working relationships - Demonstrated ability to lead teams of various sizes and deliver high quality results, as well as identify business opportunities and build lasting professional relationships with senior level executives
