A&M is currently seeking a Manager to join our growing Private Client Services (PCS) practice. PCS works with private companies, their owners, and high net worth individuals, serving as their trusted advisor and partner. As a Manager within PCS, you will be responsible for providing a variety of accounting and support services to multiple clients, including financial reporting, tax preparation, and business advisory. You will also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and assist with business development.
Key Responsibilities: - Review and oversee accounting processes for timely and accurate financial reporting - Manage accounting functions for specific families, including accounts payable and bank account reconciliation - Analyze financial information and prepare journal entries - Reconcile various expenses and accounts - Prepare financial packages and assist with annual tax preparation - Develop and maintain relationships with clients - Supervise and mentor junior staff - Manage workload and deadlines for team - Assist with business development
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting - 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Private Client Services/Family Office/High Net Worth accounting - CPA or Licensed Attorney - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and analytical abilities - High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks - Bilingualism is a plus
