Job Description:

Requirements:
- Polish Inbound immigration experience, either through being a Polish-qualified lawyer or professional experience - Polish Subject Matter Expert on corporate immigration matters - Proactive, highly organized, and strong client-facing background - People management experience and overseeing a team to deliver consistent and high-quality service - Experience managing a varied portfolio of clients and background in process management and operational efficiencies - Proven experience in managing high-volume, complex caseloads and meeting deadlines - Extensive people management experience in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize - Proactive approach to process improvements and driving continuous improvement - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Attention to detail and high level of productivity in managing client expectations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders - Flexibility and initiative in adapting to changing priorities and taking ownership of challenges
