Job Description
General Summary:
Responsible for the analysis of digital sales by category and vendor to drive digital sales. Accountable for the growth of drop ship sales and development of sales plans. Leads the analytical function for e-commerce merchandising insights for both domestic and owned brands.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Develops monthly drop ship plans to support the assortment and merchandising strategy for the category or vendor * Reviews financial and style analysis conducted in each vendor matrix, takes action to sustain growth * Delivers analysis of ecommerce trends, recommends and suggests new styles for store assortment * Researches competitive landscape for digital sales trends, recommends products for Exclusive Brand or domestic buy * Collaborates with digital team to ensure merchandise is appropriately sequenced on the site to maximize sales * Monitors drop ship profitability and makes recommendations to merchant partners * Accountable for drop ship and VPI process; resolves issues and recommends process improvements to mitigate future issues * Accountable for new vendor business development and subsequent drop ship set up

Experience: * 3-5 years in Merchandising, Digital Merchandising, or Analytical role Education: * Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics or merchandising
