# Local Government Attorney – Vernis & Bowling’s Local Government Group Vernis & Bowling’s Local Government Group is looking for an experienced attorney to join their team in Islamorada, Florida. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in Local Government Law and be willing to commute to the Islamorada office at least three (3) days a week.
## Qualifications The ideal candidate should have:
* General government experience * Analytical skills * Familiarity with government contracts and procurement * Familiarity with Sunshine and public records laws * Familiarity with government ethics * Familiarity with local governments * Strong research and writing skills
