Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research in the area of personal injury defense and provide written and verbal conclusions - Draft motions, memoranda of law, appellate documents, and other pleadings - Contact clients for information and documents - Assist with ongoing projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently entering 3rd year of law school - Well-organized and detail oriented - Excellent communication and legal research skills - Exhibit sound judgment, responsibility, and creativity - Ability to work independently or in a team - Prior internship or externship experience preferred
