Fisher Phillips is seeking a Litigation Secretary to join our Legal department in Seattle, WA. This full-time, hybrid position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $44.10 to $50.75, with opportunities for professional growth and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format legal documents with precision and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with court and firm standards. - File state and federal court documents accurately and on time. - Assist attorneys with new client/matter requests and provide friendly client support. - Maintain electronic client files and manage documents within the firm's system. - Keep attorney calendars up to date and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements. - Enter timekeeping and billing information accurately and prepare expense reimbursements. - Ensure accuracy of vendor invoices and submit for timely payment. - Provide overflow and backup support for paralegals, attorneys, and visitors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years' experience as a litigation secretary. - Experience in labor and employment litigation is preferred. - Proficient in Pacer, ECF, iManage, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, CompuLaw, and Excel. Knowledge of Aderant is a plus. - Basic PC and word processing skills, as well as proficiency with office equipment.
