Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare, edit, file and compose legal documents • Communicate with clients, counsel, court personnel and others • Review and process incoming mail • Interact with clients and maintain confidentiality • Maintain calendar and deadline reminder systems • Work collaboratively in a team • Effectively use team software • Other related duties and special projects as assigned
