Certified or demonstrated expert knowledge in other litigation support software and technology such as CaseMap, TextMap, TimeMap, Trial Director, TrialPad, and video/audio editing software Knowledge of MS Access 2003 or higher Responsibilities
Responsible for intake and tracking of all aspects of assigned departmental projects from various sources Consult with case teams and clients to ensure best practice goals are being met Create and customize databases and user accounts in Relativity based on case team needs Perform data triage of structured and unstructured data from various sources Track and log project requests, productions, and media containing document production data Communicate with outside vendors for required services Monitor Relativity environment for issues and provide technical support Train users in the use of Relativity databases and best practices Draft documentation related to problem resolutions Provide backup technical support for other litigation support applications Lift heavy equipment as needed Work on an "on-call" basis and be available for after-hours support Prioritize work-life balance and participate in wellness programs Access professional development programs and employee discounts Ensure equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants and employees

Salary Information:
- Pay range of $48.08 to $57.69 per hour in Chicago and California, based on experience
