**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Project Analyst to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned departmental projects, including coordination and setup of Relativity workspaces, project management setup, and assisting with case team requests. The ideal candidate will have experience with legal technology, including Relativity and LAW PreDiscovery, and a strong understanding of the litigation support process.
Key Responsibilities:
Intake and tracking of all aspects of assigned departmental projects Coordination and setup of Relativity workspaces Project management setup in appropriate software Assistance with case team requests across all supported applications Consultation with case teams and clients to ensure best practice goals are being met Creation of standard or customized Relativity databases based on case team needs Performance of data triage of structured and unstructured data Tracking and logging of project requests, productions, and media Communication with outside vendors for required services Monitoring of Relativity environment for issues Training of users in the use of Relativity databases and best practices Backup technical support for LAW and other litigation support applications Drafting of documentation related to problem resolutions
Qualifications:
Certified or demonstrated expert knowledge in Relativity Certified or demonstrated expert knowledge in LAW PreDiscovery Previous experience with legal technology in a vendor, law firm, or corporate legal department In-depth understanding of the litigation support process Knowledge of MS Access 2003 or higher Able to handle multiple responsibilities/projects effectively Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Able to work independently with little supervision
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other litigation support software and technology, such as CaseMap, TextMap, TimeMap, Trial Director, TrialPad, and video/audio editing software
