Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide-range of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to breach of contract, business torts, intellectual property disputes, and employment disputes. Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals. Manage a team of attorneys and support staff to effectively and efficiently handle cases. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business development. Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is a plus. 10 years of experience practicing commercial litigation. Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures. Experience handling all phases of litigation, including trial and appeals. Proven track record of successfully managing and developing client relationships. Portable book of business is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
