The Law Firm of Hassett & Donnelly is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Litigation Partner to join our team in Massachusetts. With offices throughout New England and New York, our firm specializes in insurance defense and offers a challenging and dynamic work environment for our team of attorneys.
We are currently seeking a Partner with 7-10 years of experience, who is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex cases, including construction losses, product liability, fire losses, premises liability, and liquor liability, and will have a proven track record of success through trial.

Responsibilities: - Handle complex cases involving construction losses, product liability, fire losses, premises liability, and liquor liability through trial - Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and effectively represent their interests in court - Manage a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure successful outcomes for clients - Participate in firm-sponsored networking and social events to build relationships and expand professional network - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide cutting-edge legal services to clients
Qualifications: - Admitted to practice in Massachusetts - 7-10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation - Strong academic credentials - Proven success in handling complex cases through trial - Admission to multiple states (preferred, but not required) - Desire for continued professional growth and development
