Job Description
Reputed Firm is seeking a highly organized and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in managing legal matters and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience and a strong understanding of legal principles and practices. H2: Responsibilities:

- Organize and manage legal matters and cases, including preparing documents and reports.
- Assist in various phases of legal matters, such as factfinding and discovery.
- Manage digital platforms for storing and producing electronic information.
- Maintain files and calendars for attorneys and make logistical arrangements.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and other financial documents.

H2: Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal department.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple complex projects.
- Knowledge of legal principles and practices, with experience in all areas of paralegal duties.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and legal support applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Paralegal certification preferred.

H2: Hybrid Work Environment:

- AARP observes Mondays and Fridays as remote workdays, except for essential functions.
- Remote work can only be done within the United States and its territories.
