H2: Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage legal matters and cases, including preparing documents and reports. - Assist in various phases of legal matters, such as factfinding and discovery. - Manage digital platforms for storing and producing electronic information. - Maintain files and calendars for attorneys and make logistical arrangements. - Prepare and submit expense reports and other financial documents.
H2: Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required. - 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal department. - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple complex projects. - Knowledge of legal principles and practices, with experience in all areas of paralegal duties. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and legal support applications. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Paralegal certification preferred.

- AARP observes Mondays and Fridays as remote workdays, except for essential functions. - Remote work can only be done within the United States and its territories.
