Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegal in St. Petersburg, FL - $60,000 to $90,000 Annually
Introduction: Foley & Mansfield, a national law firm with over 110 attorneys, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a full-time position with the option to work remotely one day per week. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Construction Defect, General Liability, or Personal Injury litigation and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Request, track, and follow up on records through issuing subpoenas, authorizations, and online portals - Analyze and summarize medical records - Manage relationships with experts, including scheduling calls and testimony - Draft discovery responses and requests - Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediation, and other meetings - Process and organize documents in Case Management System and electronic repository - Assist with preparing motions and exhibits - Manage certified transcripts, trial documents, and document productions
Qualifications: - At least three years of litigation paralegal experience - Experience in Construction Defect, General Liability, or Personal Injury - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a large volume of work - Willingness to attend trials, both locally and nationally - Experience with trial war room and trial support is a plus
