Job Description:
- Manage e-discovery, redaction, duplicating and indexing of documents - Prepare chronologies of facts and production charts - Perform searches and cull relevant information - Organize pleadings, exhibits and appendices for filings - Assist in trial preparation - Draft motions, pleadings, notices, and correspondence - Analyze and review documents and data from discovery - Prepare deposition and record subpoenas - Trial and arbitration preparation - Conduct legal research - Cite-checking and shepardizing - Liaison with courts, opposing counsel, and litigation vendors - Address client inquiries and provide updates on case status
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills - 5-10 years of litigation paralegal experience - Experience in employment law preferred - Knowledge of federal and state court litigation - Experience with class-actions and wage and hour productions a plus - ABA Paralegal Certificate required - Associate Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate ability to apply key legal doctrines and assist with case strategies - Assist with preparation of pleadings, discovery, and administrative filings - Demonstrate understanding of practice group services - Presentation of case summaries and courses of action - Conduct legal research and cite-checking - Knowledge of developments, procedures, and rules in various courts - Responsible for personal billable time entries - Address client inquiries and provide updates on case status

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of federal and state court cases, as well as arbitration proceedings.
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing e-discovery, drafting pleadings and discovery, conducting legal research, and assisting in trial preparation. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of practice group services and present case summaries and courses of action to supervising attorneys.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional analytical skills and a strong understanding of federal and state court procedures and rules. The ideal candidate will also have experience with billing hours and document management software. An ABA Paralegal Certificate is required, and an Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
