Law Firm in Plantation, Florida seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in personal injury case management. Fluent English/Spanish required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm schedule with rare weekend overtime. No remote work available.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Interact with clients and develop a reliable relationship with assigned clients - Collect all injury information, evidence, and documentation and save into case management software - Generate weekly/monthly reports with task results - Calendar important dates and track deadlines for each case file - Obtain, file, and log medical liens and records for case files - Assist with case management and other administrative duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills: - 2 years of personal injury case management experience - Detail-oriented with a positive outlook - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Experience managing large volume of personal injury cases - Type at least 60 wpm - Prior experience with FileVine a plus - Knowledge of different requirements for each circuit/county in Florida
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in English/Spanish
