Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a top national law firm with a presence in all 50 states, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for their Philadelphia office. This position will primarily focus on managing products liability matters for major clients.
About the Position:
- Full-time position at a prestigious law firm - Minimum of 2 years of experience required - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team - Fast-paced environment with opportunity for growth
Responsibilities:
- Manage pleadings, discovery, document review, case management, file organization, and trial support - Analyze medical records - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Familiarity with PA & NJ State and Federal courts and e-filing rules - Experience with document management and trial presentation software - Knowledge of Westlaw and other research databases preferred - Paralegal certification or Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation and Benefits:
