Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of litigation and trial preparation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting attorneys with various tasks related to litigation support and trial preparation - Managing and organizing case files - Communicating with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel - Preparing discovery requests and responses - Scheduling and coordinating depositions and court appearances - Other relevant responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of personal injury paralegal experience preferred - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Passionate about helping others and dedicated to excellence
