H2: Seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegal for Full-Time Position
Position Summary:
- Full-time litigation paralegal position at Beresford Booth Law Firm - Minimum of 3 years of Superior Court and/or Federal Court experience required - Substantive legal support work under the supervision of an attorney - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe - Experience with PracticeMaster/TABS preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain litigation checklist for active cases - Draft complaints, answers, initial disclosures, motions, and other legal documents for attorney review - Assist with preparation of motions and deposition exhibits - Manage discovery for cases - Keep attorneys up to date with court deadlines - Prepare key document notebooks and chronologies - Coordinate docketing, scheduling, and filing of court documents - eFile documents in accordance with court rules - Stay familiar with court procedures and local rules - Keep track of outstanding tasks and instructions

Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly rate between $30.00 - $50.00, dependent upon experience - Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, 10 paid holidays, and a Costco membership
