Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparation for meetings, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trials - Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery answers - Manage and audit liens, including those associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation - File pleadings in state and federal courts - Work within a case management system - Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Salary Information:
The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
