Litigation Paralegal (Securities) - Florham Park, NJ
Bressler, Amery & Ross, a national law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their Securities Practice Group in their Florham Park, NJ office. This is a full-time position with regular business hours and a competitive salary.
Essential Duties:
- Assist attorneys with scheduling, preparation, and attendance at arbitration and trial hearings - Prepare and file court documents - Collect and analyze documents with attorneys - Manage a substantial caseload - Communicate with internal staff, outside counsel, and vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal - Experience with SEC and FINRA enforcement proceedings, regulatory investigations, and arbitrations preferred - Familiarity with filing documents on FINRA's portal - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong analytical skills - Knowledge of document management systems preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Bachelor's degree or relevant work equivalent
