Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with discovery and motion preparation - Manage trial preparation, including coordination of witnesses and travel - Obtain and organize medical records and calculate damages - Communicate with clients, experts, and attorneys about case status
Requirements:
- Paralegal certification - 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in California - Proficiency in MS Suite and Adobe Acrobat - Strong communication and organizational skills
