Responsibilities: - Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation including drafting and filing pleadings, preparing discovery requests and responses, and organizing case files. - Proficient in Microsoft applications, Adobe Pro, and case management software. - Must be able to file pleadings in the Florida State Court filing system and the U.S. District Court filing system. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. - Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. - Manage attorney calendars and schedule appointments and court appearances.
