This full-time position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to support attorneys in managing litigation cases from inception through post-judgment proceedings.

What You Will Do | Role Responsibilities “Essential functions” are primarily job duties that employees must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation made by the employer.
Work closely with attorneys to support the needs of clients and ongoing litigation cases. Communicate with court personnel, opposing counsel, and clients regarding various aspects of pending litigation. Manage cases from initiation through post-judgment, ensuring compliance with firm and client reporting guidelines. Prepare litigation documents, including complaints, discovery requests, and motions. File pleadings in state and federal courts electronically, via email, fax, or mail in accordance with court rules. Maintain case files in the firm’s electronic database. Assist with docketing deadlines in the firm’s docketing software. About You | Qualifications Candidates who possess the listed skills and experience are encouraged to apply:
