Overview: - The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is a leading public-interest law firm in the areas of economic liberty, free speech, private property rights, and educational choice. - Seeking passionate and entrepreneurial attorneys to join as Litigation Fellows in August 2025. - Fellows work on cutting-edge constitutional cases, fight against government abuses, and champion individual rights. - This Fellowship is IJ's preferred path for recent graduates or post-clerkship candidates with less than two years of experience. - Upon completion, Fellows are considered for permanent employment.
Requirements: - Excellent writing and communication skills - Passion for creating real-world impact and pushing the envelope in strategizing for challenging cases - Strong background in constitutional law and interest in IJ's mission - Judicial clerkship experience (preferred)
Responsibilities: - Work with IJ attorneys on case teams - Participate in all stages of litigation - Work directly with clients - Opportunities for media writing and appearances, public speaking, grassroots activism, and direct advocacy - Mentorship opportunities, expert media training, and supportive and collegial work culture

Application Process: - Submit resume, cover letter, and writing sample - Writing sample should demonstrate legal analysis and be no more than 10 pages - Fellowship runs from August 2025 to August 2027 - If interested but availability falls outside that timeframe, specify in cover letter
