Prior insurance defense experience is required for this role.
As a Litigation Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle complex and challenging catastrophic personal injury cases. Your responsibilities will include court appearances, organizing and analyzing case information, drafting legal documents, meeting with clients, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for trial. This role also offers the chance to gain first and second-chair trial experience.

Location: Monrovia, CA (with the ability to commute to Los Angeles and surrounding counties for court appearances and depositions)
Salary Range: $95,000 - $190,000 (actual compensation offered will depend on experience, qualifications, and location)
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court appearances and handle all phases of trial preparation Propound and respond to written discovery Draft law and motion documents Meet with clients and experts Take and defend depositions Conduct legal research and analysis Work independently and as part of a legal team
Requirements:
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing Minimum of 2 plus years of relevant experience Prior insurance defense experience Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills
