Litigation Attorney – Woodland Hills, CA: Salary Range $95,000 - $190,000

Responsibilities:
• Draft Case Management Orders and handle court appearances. • Organize and analyze case information and provide reports to carriers. • Propound and respond to written discovery. • Draft law and motion documents. • Meet and coordinate with clients and experts. • Attend site inspections and take and defend depositions. • Prepare for trial and have the opportunity for first and second-chair experience.
Requirements:
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing. • Minimum of 2 plus years of relevant experience. • Prior insurance defense experience. • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills. • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
