Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Attorney for Tampa Office

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery materials - Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings - Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with team members and clients - Conduct legal research and write persuasive arguments - Provide exceptional client service and maintain a client-centric approach
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience - Experience with first-party property claims preferred - Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing - Strong legal research and writing skills - Excellent oral advocacy skills - Highly organized and able to communicate clearly and concisely
