ElevateNext, the law firm affiliated with Elevate, is seeking a California-licensed Litigation Attorney to join our remote team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters, including general litigation, discovery, and potentially regulatory and compliance issues. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work with a global team of professionals and utilize cutting-edge technology and processes to provide top-notch legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with litigation and discovery-related matters, including drafting and responding to written discovery requests. May work on litigation matters across the country, not just in California. Respond to issues raised by clients' law departments regarding various matters impacting their business.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation. Experience with motion practice and depositions is a plus. Strong legal research and writing skills are required. Familiarity with auto-financing and consumer protection regulations is a plus.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with California Civil Procedure is required. Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with contract management, reporting, or workflow software is a plus.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $150,000, based on skills, experience, level, and location. Comprehensive benefits package and PTO offered to full-time employees.
