Responsibilities: - Take and defend depositions - Propound and respond to written discovery - Draft and argue law and motion matters - Attend court appearances - Prepare for mediation and participate in the process - Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials
Qualifications: - Active membership with the California State Bar - ABA Law School degree preferred - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
