Litigation Attorney – Gain Experience in Personal Injury Cases with Law Firm in Riverside, CA

We specialize in catastrophic personal injury cases and are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 plus years of relevant experience. This role also requires the ability to commute to Los Angeles and surrounding counties for court appearances and depositions. If you have prior insurance defense experience, we want to hear from you.
As a self-motivated individual, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a legal team. This is a great chance for an attorney looking to gain valuable litigation and trial experience.
Responsibilities:
- Attend court appearances - Organize and analyze case information - Propound and respond to written discovery - Draft law and motion documents - Meet with clients - Take and defend depositions, including experts - Prepare for trial - Opportunity for first and second-chair trial experience
Requirements:
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills - Strong team player - Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
