Job Description:
- Join the Litigation Practice Group and work on a full spectrum of general litigation cases for clients in various industries - Areas of focus include commercial litigation, employment litigation, municipal litigation, toxic tort defense, and personal injury defense - Provide expertise in all areas from general business law to complex insurance coverage litigation - Join a dynamic team of litigation counsel and benefit from support and collaboration from all attorneys in the firm - Responsibilities may include providing legal analysis and counsel, leading clients through the litigation process, anticipating and guarding against legal risks, and more (see full list in description)
Requirements:
- License to practice law in Pennsylvania with bar admission in good standing - Degree from an accredited law school - 3-6 years of general litigation experience with trial experience - Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills - Commitment to professionalism, cooperation, and teamwork - A strong drive to provide proactive, client-focused legal services
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Travel to various locations for business purposes - Perform sedentary work and physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects - Operate general office equipment - Work in a temperature-controlled office environment
