Job Summary
As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, discussing their case, and providing them with compassionate and empathetic support. You will also communicate with insurance companies, evaluate claims, and negotiate on behalf of our clients. In addition, you will prepare and try cases in court if necessary.
Requirements and Skills
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - 6 or more years of litigation experience - Relevant 1st chair trial experience - Member of the Wisconsin Bar and in good standing - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proactive problem-solving approach - Ability to work independently in an office environment - Team-oriented mindset
