Job Description
The preferred candidate will have experience with active litigation in Indiana state and/or federal courts, as well as knowledge of and experience with Indiana Trial Rules and court procedures.
The Litigation Attorney will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of cases, including complex commercial litigation, product liability, professional liability, and construction litigation.
