Key Responsibilities:
* Meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and earn their trust, confidence, and respect. * Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. * Prepare and try cases if needed. * Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements. * Work independently in an office environment. * Collaborate with a team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Requirements & Skills:
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. * 6 or more years of litigation experience. * Relevant 1st chair trial experience. * Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. * Superb negotiation skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive approach to problem-solving.
