This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to join our dynamic team and take on a diverse caseload while working closely with a supervising shareholder.
Position Requirements: · 5 years of experience in civil/federal defense litigation and/or insurance coverage and defense · Ability to manage a diverse caseload from file inception to completion, working collaboratively with supervising shareholder · Strong writing ability and work ethic · Active trial docket experience, including attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials · Ability to draft pleadings, motions, settlement documents, and briefs · Knowledge of discovery procedures and ability to draft and respond to discovery · Experience developing and executing a litigation plan of action · Strong communication skills and ability to prepare client reports
