### Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel related to commercial litigation in the fields of real estate, community association, business, land use, and construction law. Duties may include:
- Researching and analyzing complex legal issues - Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, memoranda, and opinions - Representing clients in court proceedings - Negotiating settlements - Participating in client meetings - Advising clients on strategies and tactics - Monitoring changes in relevant legislation
### Qualifications
- At least 2-7 years of civil litigation experience in one or more of the fields referenced above - Admitted to practice in the state of Florida - Highly motivated and a team player - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research and analytical skills - Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks
