The Law Firm of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Litigation Attorney to join their team in Columbia, South Carolina. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide our clients with the best care and results, as well as work in a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, at least 6 years of litigation experience, and relevant 1st chair trial experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus. Position Summary:
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to discuss their case, showing compassion and empathy, and earning their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also be expected to update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing cases for trial and trying cases if needed.
Requirements & Skills:
- Full-time - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - 6 or more years of litigation experience - Relevant 1st chair trial experience - Member of the South Carolina Bar and in good standing - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus - Experience in evaluating claims - Superb negotiation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proactive problem-solving approach - Ability to work independently in an office environment - Team-oriented
