Job Description
The law firm of Morrison Mahoney LLP is seeking a full-time litigation attorney for its Boston, MA office. This position is ideal for someone with experience in professional and general liability, products liability, and tort and liability defense. The salary range for this position is between $90K and $125K. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and Maine, or possess a sufficient UBE score to be admitted to these jurisdictions. The candidate should also have at least 3 years of litigation experience, with a preference for experience in professional and general liability. Strong legal research and writing skills are also required for this position.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Maine or possess a sufficient UBE score - 3-10 years of litigation experience, preferably in professional and general liability - Strong legal research and writing skills
Responsibilities:
- Handling cases related to professional and general liability, products liability, and tort and liability defense - Conducting legal research and writing memos, briefs, and other legal documents - Representing clients in court and at depositions - Communicating with clients and other parties involved in the case - Assisting with trial preparation and strategy
