The ideal candidate will have experience in products liability and toxic torts, and must have MA bar admission and excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Admission to another bar in New England is desired but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Handle general litigation matters with a focus on products liability and toxic torts - Conduct legal research and analysis - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts - Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as needed - Assist with case management and strategy
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of general litigation experience with a focus on products liability and toxic torts - MA bar admission - Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills - Admission to another bar in New England is desired but not required
