Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Department: Pre-litigation

Salary: $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually
Experience: J.D. degree, Admission to the California State Bar, and previous experience in Personal Injury law preferred
Omega Law Group, a prestigious personal injury law firm located in Beverly Hills, is seeking a highly motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation. This is a full-time position and requires a strong interest in Personal Injury law or previous experience, ideally on the Plaintiff's side. The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, admission to the California State Bar, and the ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities of a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at Omega Law Group include:
- Strategically litigating personal injury cases by working up case files - Drafting pleadings, including complaints, motions, oppositions, and other legal documents to advance case progression - Drafting and reviewing discovery, meet and confer letters, and discovery motions - Preparing, conducting, and defending percipient and expert depositions - Arguing motion and opposition hearings remotely and in court - Drafting mediation briefs, attending mediation, and actively participating in negotiating settlements - Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assess case values - Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates and discuss case developments - Preparing pre-trial documents and trial materials in case the case goes to trial - Participating in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court hearings - Managing and providing guidance to litigation assistants and paralegals
