Job Description:
The Manko Gold Law Firm, a reputable and nationally recognized environmental and energy law firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 6 or more years of experience to join our team in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Our firm has a strong regional and national client base and is known for its complex and high-profile cases. We are currently operating on a hybrid in-person/remote schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Handling complex litigation cases with significant responsibility for matter management - Conducting depositions, answering pleadings and discovery, preparing motions and briefs, and related work - First or second chair trial experience preferred - Strong writing, research and oral advocacy skills - Ability to analyze complex issues in a detailed and organized manner - Interacting well with clients, professional staff, and peers - Mentoring and providing professional development training to junior attorneys
Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of litigation experience, including complex cases - Admission to the Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Bar (additional bar admissions a plus) - Entrepreneurial drive and passion for litigation - Environmental law experience is a plus, but not required
