* Draft and review pleadings, briefs, interrogatories, and other legal correspondence and litigation documents; * Prepare formal correspondence to opposing counsel and other parties; * Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required; * Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions and provide coverage recommendations for clients; and * Conduct complex and rigorous legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda.
###Education and Experience Required
* Admitted to practice in Florida; * Excellent academic credentials; * 4 to 6 years of experience, with commercial litigation or insurance coverage litigation experience preferred; * Experience or interest in working on complex insurance coverage matters; * Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills; * Exceptional attention to detail; * Strong organizational and time management skills.
