Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload involving general liability and maritime matters - Regularly handle court appearances and depositions - Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and appeals - Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited Law School - Admission to practice in New Jersey and New York - General Liability defense experience with a desire to learn Maritime Law - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong academic credentials - Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously

This is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a growing and dynamic firm with over 200 attorneys nationwide.
The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation, including case management, discovery, and brief writing. Maritime case experience is preferred, but not necessary. The candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
